How to submit an abstract?

Once you sign in, select the event to which you wish to submit an abstract.

Then, click on the button 'Abstract' to access the submission form.

You will have to fill up the following form.
In this form, you will have to provide your abstract as file that may be a PDF, DOC, DOCX, ODT, OTT.
Please, it's advisable that you provide a PDF file, all other formats will be converted to PDF by an event manager and we won't take responsibiliy in problems that may arise during the conversion.

To submit your abstract file, select the option 'Choose file'. You are not required to provide your abstract now.
You can submit or replace the file later.

If you are not the only author, you are able to enter the extra authors information by selecting the option '+ Author'.

Then you have to fill up the extra author information. If you need to delete the extra author, click on the red X.

After filling up the form, click on 'Confirm' and wait while your form is processed. It may take a while depending on the size of your abstract file.

Once your form is processed, you will be redirected to the event main area and will receive a success message.

You will also receive a confirmation email with all your submission information.
